Essex is seeking a Trainer/Learning & Development Specialist with Accounting experience. This position will be responsible for design, development and delivery of learning initiatives specific to the Accounting and Accounts Payable Teams.
Assist in the design, maintenance and delivery of an innovative Accounting training-program, which assists in onboarding new hires, development of accounting skills and retention of current employees.
Partner with subject matter experts and the Sr. Director of Process Improvement to develop relevant in-person and on-demand learning solutions.
Facilitate instructor-led training in a variety of subject areas including Training Resources, Desktop Procedures, Budgeting and Accounting Processes.
Maintain the content and relevance of an Intranet site that includes learning resources and tools for the Accounting Teams.
Design and distribute analyses of Accounting's learning activity.
Collaborate with the Process Improvement Team on special projects related to Learning and Development.
