The Marketing Support role provides marketing and back office support for the Marketing Department, including managing requests from the communities, updating the website, following up on issues with the Internet Listing Services, posting email campaigns, and developing tracking and reporting.
Support on-going tasks related to marketing for new developments, property specials, and stabilized communities
Support on-going tasks related to marketing for website, internet listing services, social media, and communications
Help manage internal ticketing system for marketing requests and assign tickets to corresponding team members
Help resolve requests from marketing tickets
Help process departmental invoices and track approval
Help plan quarterly departmental outings
Other duties and special projects as assigned
